活性污泥中噬菌体的潜在抗生素降解功能
Potential antibiotic degradation function of phage in activated sludge
摘要
Abstract
This study used metagenomic sequencing technology to analyze ordinary activated sludge and sludge enriched with Sulfamethoxazole(SMZ),Sulfadiazine(SDZ)and Amoxicillin(AMX)to explore the function of phages in sludge degradation of antibiotics.Through the qualitative and quanti-tative analysis of phages in sludge samples,it was found that the phages in ordinary activated sludge and antibiotic-enriched sludge were mainly Siphoviridae,Myoviridae and Podoviridae,and there were significant differences among different sludges.Through the functional gene annotation of the phage genome,it was found that the Siphoviridae phage in the AMX-enriched sludge carried the gene encoding Toluene methyl-monooxygenase,and the hydroxylation function of the enzyme played an im-portant role in the degradation of aromatic organics.Based on the metagenomic data,bacterial ge-nomes were reconstructed and phages and functional genes were identified.It was found that the host bacteria of phages had high diversity and had important organics degradation functions.Therefore,bacteria in activated sludge are widely parasitized by phages,and phages may play an important role in the degradation of antibiotics in sludge.关键词
