柚皮素-葡甲胺共无定形复合物的制备与成药性研究
Preparation and druggability of naringenin-meglumine co-amorphous complex

Abstract
In this study,the co-amorphous system of naringenin(NAR)was prepared with meglu-mine(MEG)to enhance its low water solubility.The formed co-amorphous system(NAR-MEG CM)was confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)ana-lyses.Besides,fourier transform infrared spectoscopy(FT-IR)and radial distribution function(RDF)results suggested that the NAR-MEG CM was driven by the strong hydrogen bond interactions between the C=O group of NAR and the—OH/—NH group of MEG.Furthermore,NAR-MEG CM performed significantly improved supersaturated dissolution and maintained a long-term supersat-urated concentration.Meanwhile,NAR-MEG CM showed significantly enhanced physical stability than amorphous NAR.Therefore,this study effectively solved the solubility problem of NAR and the designed NAR-MEG CM maintained excellent physical stability,which could provide a guidance for the de-velopment of NAR co-amorphous system.关键词
