白芍-当归抑制滑膜细胞增殖以缓解类风湿关节炎
Drug-pair Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Angelica Sinensis inhibits synovial fibroblast's proliferation to relieve rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract
This study established a collagen-induced arthritis(CIA)rat model to investigate the effects of the drug pair Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Angelica Sinensis on arthritis score,toe swelling,the ser-um and tissue levels of inflammatory factors in CIA rats.A primary rat synovial fibroblast model was also established,and treated with the drug-pair Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Angelica Sinensis,solo Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Angelica Sinensis extracts,respectively.Synovial fibroblast prolifera-tion,migration,MMP-2/9 activity,intracellular signaling protein expressions,and mitochondrial membrane potential were detected.The results showed that the drug-pair reduced joint swelling and arthritis scores and down regulated the levels of inflammatory factors in serum and tissue homogenate in CIA rats.In vitro,the drug-pair inhibited cell proliferation and induced apoptosis via the TLR-4/NF-кB signaling pathway and the BAX/Bcl-2/mitochondrial pathway.This study revealed the phar-macological mechanism of the drug-pair Radix Paeoniae Alba-Radix Angelica Sinensis in alleviating rheumatoid arthritis.关键词
