摘要

Abstract

Magnesium alloys have the advantages of low density,high specific strength and stiffness,good damping performance,processing performance,and electromagnetic shielding performance,and are widely used in aerospace,weapon equipment,automotive electronics and other fields.However,due to its low melting point,active performance,high coefficient of thermal expansion,and small elastic modulus,magnesium alloy components are prone to surface quality problems such as scratches,wear,and fragments,resulting in a far inferior application level compared to high-temperature alloys,aluminum alloys,and titanium alloys.Developing defect repair technologies suitable for magnesium alloys and reducing defects through material modification and process optimization is the key to break through the bottleneck of magnesium alloy application.The types and mechanisms of defects in magnesium alloys are analyzed and summarized,as well as their effects on the properties of magnesium alloys.Then,reviews are given on defect repair techniques such as surface welding,electrical discharge alloying,laser cladding,friction stir,and electric brush plating,and the development direction and application prospects of magnesium alloy repair technology are prospected.
