Abstract
Speed changes during the winding process of the electromagnetic coil winding machine may cause unstable tension,and affect the quality of the coil.Excessive tension can cause the enameled wire to deform and even break.While deficient tension can cause the coil to slack.A tension control system based on hysteresis braking is proposed to address this issue,and a corresponding tension controller is designed.A mathematical model of the tension controller is established using the Preisach hysteresis model,and simulation analysis is conducted on MATLAB/Simulink.By adopting PID control strategy,precise control of tension during the winding process is achieved.The experimental results show that the control system can effectively cope with tension fluctuations and control the tension fluctuation rate within the range of 5%~10%,improving the winding quality of the coil,and thus verifying the effectiveness of the tension control method,providing a strong guarantee for the application of electromagnetic coil winding machines in actual production.Optimized tension control improves the stability of coil products,reduces production failure rates,and brings good economic benefits to enterprises.关键词
