摘要

Abstract

The traction transformer is one of the key components of the traction system of the high-speed train,providing stable and reliable power guarantee for the traction,auxiliary and other systems of the high-speed train.Regular maintenance of transformers is very important,but there are problems with high costs and long cycles in the actual training process for maintenance personnel.In order to meet the training needs of maintenance technicians,a virtual reality training system is developed based on the Unity3D engine using virtual reality technology.A 3D model of the traction transformer is established using 3ds Max,and LOD technology is used to design the detailed hierarchy of the 3D model,reducing the burden of computer rendering.After converting the designed 3D model of the traction transformer into a format and importing it into the engine,a simulation environment is built and designed in Unity3D.According to the secondary maintenance process of the traction transformer of the high-speed train,a virtual maintenance system is developed and completed using C#visual programming language,which has functions such as fault diagnosis,maintenance guidance,virtual simulation,and data recording.Practical application shows that the system has a good sense of immersion and experience,which can shorten the training time of maintenance technicians and improve maintenance skills.
