Research Status and Development Trends of Surface Defects in Aluminum Silicon Alloys
摘要
Abstract
Aluminum silicon alloy is widely used in equipment manufacturing,aerospace and other fields due to its excellent performance.However,due to the presence of coarse-grained eutectic silicon phases within the structure of aluminum silicon alloys,their coordination with the matrix is reduced,resulting in increased heterogeneity and brittleness of the material.This can easily cause cutting force fluctuations,tool wear,tool deflection,and other problems during cutting,leading to the formation of surface defects such as grooves,scratches,and cracks on the machined surface or subsurface of the parts,resulting in poor surface quality of the parts.Therefore,a deeper understanding of the formation mechanism and control methods of surface defects in aluminum silicon alloys is of great significance.Detailed introduction is given of the formation mechanism of surface defects in aluminum silicon alloys,the influence of surface defects on the fatigue and corrosion resistance of alloys is analyzed,and control methods are proposed to reduce surface defects.Methods to improve the machining quality of parts are also put forward,providing ideas for future research on reducing surface defects in aluminum silicon alloys and improving machining quality of parts.关键词
