Parametric Simulation Study of Daylighting in Rural Residential Buildings in Jilin Province:Using Cases from the Rural Housing Construction Atlas of Jilin Province as Examples

Abstract
To improve the indoor daylighting performance of rural residential buildings in Jilin Province,enhance thermal comfort,and reduce lighting energy consumption,this study investigates eight typical cases selected from Rural Housing Construction Atlas of J ilin Province(Revised Edition).First,Grasshopper software was used for parametric modeling.Subsequently,Ladybug Tools was employed to conduct dynamic daylighting simulations,evaluate indoor daylighting metrics,and output building performance indicators.Finally,the simulation results were visually compared and analyzed.The results indicate that building floor height,window-to-wall ratio,window size,and window placement significantly influence indoor daylighting.This study can serve as a reference for daylighting design and the creation of well-lit indoor environments in rural residential buildings in Jilin Province.关键词
