The Matching Model of Four Dimensional New Quality Organizational Elements in Digital Transformation of Traditional Manufacturing Enterprises

Abstract
In order to help traditional manufacturing enterprises achieve digital transformation,this pa-per divides the stages of enterprise digital transformation based on previous scholars mature relevant conclusions,and proposes research hypotheses on the elements of new organization in each stage.The paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework for the four-dimension new organization element matc-hing model for the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises,and empirically tests the sample data of 110 traditional manufacturing enterprises by combining confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model to study the four-dimension new organization element matching model of traditional manufacturing enterprises in different stages of digital transformation.The results show that in the incubation stage,the traditional manufacturing enterprises are in a new organizational element matching model dominated by digital strategy,and the platform structure is strongly related to digital culture,digital culture and digital leadership.In the implementation stage,the traditional manufacturing enterprises are in the new organizational element matching model,which is dominated by digital cul-ture,and is strongly related to platform structure and digital culture,digital structure and digital leader-ship.In the leading stage,traditional manufacturing enterprises are in the new organizational element matching model of digital strategy,platform structure,digital culture and digital leadership,which is strongly related to digital strategy,digital culture,platform structure and digital leadership.The research results can provide certain references for the smooth realization of digital transformation in the manufac-turing industry,promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,and provide refer-ences for the realization of the goals of building a"manufacturing power"and"digital China".关键词
