数字化转型赋能下业绩困境对企业创新的影响研究
The Impact of Performance Dilemma on Enterprise Innovation under Digital Transformation Empowerment

Abstract
Amidst the accelerating transformation of a once-in-acentury global landscape,digital trans-formation has emerged as a pivotal strategy for revitalizing corporate innovation and enhancing the qual-ity of decision-making in this domain.Based on the data of non-financial listed companies in China's A-share market,this paper examines the impact of performance predicaments empowered by digital transformation on enterprise innovation and identifies its mechanism of action.The results show that,compared to other periods,digital transformation has strengthened the positive correlation between per-formance predicaments and enterprise innovation,with this effect being relatively greater in non-state-owned enterprises,technology-intensive enterprises,and small and medium-sized enterprises.Mecha-nism tests have found that digital transformation has strengthened the positive correlation between per-formance predicaments and enterprise innovation activities by enhancing analysts' attention,stimulating management's willingness to take risks,and driving the upgrading of human capital.The research con-clusion of this paper starts from the performance predicament and expands the situational factors of en-terprise digital transformation empowerment,providing decision-making references and empirical evi-dence for better playing the role of digital transformation in assisting the construction of an innovative country and achieving high-quality development goals during the period of an increasingly complex and serve external envirament.关键词
