Abstract
[Research purpose]Focusing on the"lying flat"phenomenon among researchers in scientific research institutions,this study aims to reveal its underlying causes,providing recommendations for addressing the dilemma of researchers'"lying flat",and prompting researchers to take"making efforts"as a rational choice after comprehensive cost-benefit weighing.[Research method]The tripartite game model was constructed with"researchers-researchers-institutions"as the main players.The equilibrium state of benefits under different strategy combinations was systematically analyzed.[Research conclusion]Whether researchers choose to"lie flat"primarily depends on the net benefits determined by effort benefits,effort costs,and spillover benefits.The probability of"lying flat"increases with the rise of spillover benefits and effort costs,while it decreases as effort benefits increase.For scientific research institutions,the key to choosing incentive strategies lies in incentive benefits exceeding incentive costs.Therefore,scientifically adjusting the net benefits of the three game subjects and constructing a research ecosystem characterized by"incentive-effectiveness,cost-controllability,and contribution-clarity"are the key to preventing researchers from"lying flat".关键词
