Research on the Construction Path of Knowledge Base for Science and Technology Think Tanks

Abstract
[Research purpose]In the era driven by technological innovation,science and technology think tanks are confronted with complex domestic and international situations and the urgent need to serve national strategies.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,building an efficient professional knowledge base is a necessary condition for China's science and technology think tanks to strengthen their functions.[Research method]Based on the distinctive demands of knowledge base construction in our country's science and technology think tanks,this article systematically analyzes the connotation and development of knowledge base.Drawing on the experience of international and domestic renowned think tanks,the article conducts a knowledge base construction path analysis from the entire process of knowledge collection,management and application.[Research conclusion]The research points out the key matters in the full life cycle management of the knowledge base construction,and proposes a hierarchical construction model of"basic data-analysis results-decision-making suggestions"for China's science and technology think tanks knowledge base construction.It reminds that science and technology think tanks should focus on their core advantageous fields when building professional knowledge base and attach great importance to the utilization of operational data.关键词
