二轨外交视角下的印度涉华智库影响力探究
Studying on the Influence of India's China-Related Think Tanks from the Perspective of Second Track Diplomacy

Abstract
[Research purpose]According to the ranking list of the Global Go To Think Tank Index Report from 2018 to 2020 compiled by the Think Tanks&Civil Societies Program(TTCSP)at the University of Pennsylvania,50%of India's top think tanks are engaged in China-related research,playing a crucial role in assisting the government in formulating China-related policies,disseminating China-related information,and guiding China-related public opinion.The article focuses on the influence of India's China-related think tanks,in order to enhance the predictability of China's policies towards India,accurately grasping the complex security situation around China,and striving for a favorable external environment for China's peaceful and stable development.[Research method]According to that report,four primary indicators and multiple secondary indicators can comprehensively evaluate the policy and social influence of India's China-related think tanks.It explores the specific manifestations of the influence of official think tanks and social think tanks by the mixed method of quantitative and qualitative analysis.[Research conclusion]Anchoring representative India's China-related think tanks and their scholars can help us to grasp dynamically the formation,formulation,and operation process of India's China-related policies.关键词
