基于塑性区恶性扩展规律的底板巷围岩变形机理分析及控制技术研究
Deformation mechanism analysis and control technology research on surrounding rock of floor roadway based on the law of malignant expansion of plastic zone

Abstract
This study aims to address the challenge of controlling large deformation in the surrounding rock of floor roadway under mining-induced stress.To achieve this aim,taking the-150 m south road-way of a coal mine as the engineering background,the malignant expansion mechanism and control tech-nology of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the floor roadway under mining disturbance were researched by combining the methods of field investigation,numerical simulation,theoretical calcula-tion,and engineering test.The results show that,under mining disturbance,the plastic zone at the sur-rounding rock arch expands malignantly into a butterfly shape,which is the main reason for the failure of the original support scheme and the large deformation of the roadway.The evolution of principal stresses in the surrounding rock was clarified by monitoring the maximum and minimum principal stresses at vari-ous locations throughout the whole service cycle from the start of south roadway excavation to the end of overlying coal seam mining.On this basis,a mechanical model of malignant expansion of plastic zone was established in the light of the Mohr-Coulomb strength theory,and was verified to be capable of re-flecting the mechanical mechanism of malignant expansion of plastic zone in floor roadway under mining disturbance to a certain extent.Based on the above research and the spatial-temporal cha-racteristics of plastic zone distribution of surrounding rock during mining,a differentiated support scheme with the core of"high pre-stressed bolt support at the surrounding rock side+high pre-stressed short cable support at the left shoulder of the arch+high pre-stressed long cable support at the right shoulder of the arch+full section grouting"was proposed.Field measurement indicates that the proposed support scheme succeeds in ensuring the stability of the surrounding rock in the floor roadway during mining.关键词
