纵向节理发育煤层孤岛工作面回采巷道变形规律及控制研究
Research on deformation law and control of mining roadway in isolated island working face of coal seam with well-developed vertical joints

Abstract
To explore the stability control of mining roadways in isolated island working faces of coal seams with well-developed vertical joints,this study took the mining roadway of the 15115 isolated is-land working face in Huangyanhui Coal Mine as the research object.Considering the combined adverse effects of the isolated working face and well-developed vertical joints in the coal seam,a systematic study was conducted on the deformation behavior of surrounding rock and corresponding control techno-logies under different joint development characteristics.The analysis discloses a reasonable coal pillar width of 10 m.In addition,it is found that maximum roadway deformation occurs when the angle be-tween the joint inclination direction and the working face strike direction is 90°;the minimum deforma-tion occurs when the angle is 45°;and the deformation is intermediate at 30° and 60°.As the joint length decreases,the roadway deformation tends to increase first and decrease later,reaching the maxi-mum value at a joint length of 1.1 m.As the joint density increases,the roadway deformation gradually intensifies,and peeling occurs on the left rib of the coal pillar at a joint spacing of 0.4 m.A"multi-di-mensional,multi-level,and high-strength pre-locking"support technology was proposed in view of the failure characteristics of coal seams with well-developed vertical joints.On-site monitoring confirms the effectiveness of this technology in controlling displacement on the roadway surface and changes in anchor(cable)tensile stress,as well as its ability to maintain the stability of the roadway during mining.关键词
