Abstract

The performance of grouting anchorage materials is a key factor affecting the effectiveness of full-length prestressed anchorage in thick layers.In this study,a cement-based anchorage material that can be applied to secondary grouting full-length anchorage in coal mine roadways was developed.First,the physical and mechanical changes of cement-based anchorage materials with different addition amounts of dispersible latex powder(DLP)were tested,and the microstructure and functional group changes of these anchorage materials were characterized.Subsequently,the microstructure of the grout-rock interface between our anchorage material and conventional cement-based anchorage materi-als was compared,and the physical property changes and modification mechanism of DLP on cement-based anchorage materials were elucidated.According to the physical property test results,the addition of DLP can significantly improve the bonding strength of the cement-based anchorage material(up to 3.5 MPa),but it will reduce the compressive and flexural strengths of the material,prolong the setting time,promote the flowability,and raise the compression ratio.The microstructure and hydration prod-uct test results show that the emulsion polymer formed after the addition of DLP covers the surface of hydration products,which delays the hydration process of cement,reduces the production of cement hydrates,and increases the gel time and fluidity of the material.In the meantime,the addition of DLP remarkably raises the number of pores with multi-scale structure in the cement-based anchorage materi-al system.These two mechanisms jointly lead to the reduction of material strength.The microstructure test results of the interface confirm that the latex polymer forms chemical bonds on the surface of the matrix material,which improves the bonding strength between the anchorage material and the rock in-terface.
