Research progress on the clinical effects and related adverse reactions of immunotherapy for breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Immunotherapy has demonstrated revolutionary clinical benefits in a variety of solid tumors,including melanoma,lung cancer and gastric and esophageal cancer.Although the immunotherapy for breast cancer started relatively late,with the successive approval of Pembrolizumab combined with chemotherapy regimens for neoadjuvant and advanced treatment of triple-negative breast cancer,immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have officially ushered in a new era in the treatment of breast cancer and also laid the foundation for the research on immunotherapy for other molecular subtypes of breast cancer.Although ICIs has brought new hope to patients,its clinical application still faces two key challenges:a relatively low overall response rate and the management difficulties of immune-related adverse events(irAEs).This article systemati cally reviews the clinical effect of immunothe rapy for breast cancer and research progresson irAEs,deeply explores the current achievements,challenges faced,and future development directions,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the immunotherapy strategies for breast cancer.关键词
