Abstract
Advanced metallurgical technology requires high-performance coke,whose quality is mainly determined by the properties of metallurgical coke.Therefore,in-depth exploration of coal coke property indicators for the appli-cation of coal coke quality testing and management control can help adjust the coal blending scheme and monitor the quality.Taking a certain enterprise as an example,this paper reviews and analyzes the correlation between rheologi-cal characteristics,petrographic fitting application,ash composition monitoring,and optical organization and pore structure of coke.The MCI index of ash composition in coal can represent its influence on gasification reaction,and its content of alkali metals and Fe/Ca should be controlled.Increasing the maximum fluidity and plasticity interval can improve the cold strength of coke.Based on the curve diagram,the fluidity index(F)and the temperature area of fluidity index(Slg F)can better predict the hot strength of coke and improve the resolution of coal.The reflectivity of coal can be fitted afterward to establish a coal blending model,and images can be used to observe the degree of ox-idation and aging of coal.The distribution of reflectivity in coal corresponds to the content of optical organization of coke,and the properties of coke can be improved by controlling the contents of coarse grain embedding,fiber-like,and plate-like.CO2 damages the pore structure of coke and affects its strength characteristics.By reducing the reac-tion surface area and controlling the ratio of krea/Deff,the degradation gradient of the internal structure of coke can be reduced,achieving stable quality control.Experiments reveal that better coke quality can be achieved by closely mo-nitoring the petrographic fitting curve and fluidity data,while other indicators are mainly utilized in the scheme featu-ring a higher allocation of non-coking coal groups or special regional coal sources.关键词
