Abstract
With the rapid development of the thermal power generation industry and increasing requirements for coal quality,traditional coal sample preparation methods characterized by low efficiency and significant errors can no lon-ger meet the demands of modern thermal power plants.Research and performance testing analysis are required for the application of coal robot sampling system.The paper briefly describes the working principles,system architecture,and operational workflow of the robotic coal sample preparation system design,with particular emphasis on two core technologies:robotic manipulator technology and contour scanning matching/conversion technology.Performance tes-ting analysis focuses on precision experiments,bias tests,and total moisture loss calculation experiments.The coal robot sampling system is a coal preparation system based on automation and robot technology,which can efficiently and accurately prepare coal samples and it is suitable for coal quality inspection in thermal power plants and other oc-casions.Utilizing automation and robotics technologies,the system coordinates various preparation equipment through an automated control system to ensure seamless operation throughout the preparation process.The coal robot sampling system is equipped with data recording and management functions,which record the key parameters of sampling for tracking and analysis.Its fault detection function alarms in a timely manner when equipment failure or sampling ab-normalities occur,therefore the equipment maintenance or rapid adjustment can be done.关键词
