摘要

Abstract

The Gieseler fluidity is a key parameter for evaluating the plastic behavior of coal during heating and is widely applied in coal quality assessment and coking process optimization.This study systematically compares main-stream international and domestic standards for Gieseler fluidity determination,analyzing the technical similarities and differences across aspects including scope of application,instrument configuration,sample preparation specifica-tions,testing procedures,result expression,and precision control.The results show that although there are differ-ences in equipment and operational details,all standards are fundamentally based on the same experimental princi-ples and maintain high consistency in key parameter settings,thereby laying a technical foundation for international standard mutual recognition.Based on this,it is recommended that China's standards dynamically track and adopt the latest revisions of the ASTM standards to promote deeper integration with international norms.This integration will provide technical support for coking process optimization and cross-border coal trade.
