547对癌症患者家庭照顾者癌症复发恐惧潜在剖面分析及影响因素研究
Latent profile analysis and influencing factors of fear of cancer recurrence in family caregivers of cancer patients:a 547-case study

Abstract
Objective To explore the categories and influencing factors of fear of cancer recurrence(FCR)among family caregivers of cancer patients.Methods Using convenience sampling,547 pairs of cancer patients and their family caregivers in 2 tertiary grade-A hospitals in Wuhan City from November 2023 to September 2024 were selected for the survey.General Information Questionnaire,Sim-plified Scale for Cancer Patients'Fear of Disease Progression,the Primary Care PTSD Screen for DSM-5(PC-PTSD-5),Family Resil-ience Scale,and Caregiver's Fear of Cancer Recurrence Scale were used to conduct the survey.Latent profile analysis was used to ex-plore potential categories of FCR among family caregivers of cancer patients,and unordered multinomial logistic regression analyses were used to assess the influence of various factors on different categories.Results FCR among family caregivers of cancer patients was classified into 3 categories:"low FCR-low insight type"(n=146,26.7%),"moderate FCR-active coping type"(n=306,55.9%),and"high FCR-severe distress type"(n=95,17.4%).Unordered multinomial logistic regression analyses showed that patient's cancer recurrence history,medical cost burden,and FCR,and family caregiver's age,education background,cumulative time spent caring for the patient,social connections,and post-traumatic stress disorder were influencing factors of potential profile category of FCR among family caregivers(P<0.05).Conclusion Heterogeneity exists in FCR among family caregivers of cancer patients,and healthcare pro-fessionals should establish targeted social support networks and family-oriented psychological support interventions for patients and their families based on diverse profile categories of FCR in family caregivers so as to improve their FCR.关键词
