Abstract
Objective To conduct a systematic analysis of the development,defined attributes,related concepts,prerequisites,outcomes and typical cases of patients'decision regret using Rodgers evolutionary concept analysis,and clarify the concepts from the perspective of nursing practice.Methods We retrieved literature from CNKI,Wanfang,SinoMed,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL and PscyINFO,with a retrieval time spanning from the inception of the databases to February 2025.Results Patients' decision regret involved four defining attributes:decision-making-based situation,counterfactual thinking,negative emotions,and temporal dynamics.The prerequisites encompassed both patient and medical factors;The outcomes included individual,family and society levels.Conclusion The concept of patients'decision regret is constantly being deepened and refined.In the future,in-depth research can be conducted in aspects including its theory development,application,and mechanism.关键词
