Assessment tools for frailty in patients with coronary heart disease:a scoping review
摘要
Abstract
Objective To conduct a scoping review on assessment tools for frailty in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)at home and abroad,and to provide reference for assessment tool selection.Methods We systematically searched CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP database,PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,Scopus,and SinoMed for studies on assessment tools for frailty in CHD patients,with a retrieval time ranging from the inception of the databases to August 2024.Two researchers independently screened the retrieved literature and extracted information and basic characteristics of the tools.Results Twenty articles were included,involving nine kinds of frailty assessment tools.The scale ranged from three to nine dimensions,with the number of items varying from five to forty.Conclusion There are various assessment tools for frailty in CHD patients,each with its own characteristics,but there is no unified assessment standard currently.It is recommended that future efforts focus on developing a multidimensional frailty assessment tool tai-lored to the characteristics of Chinese elderly population.关键词
