Assessment tools for patient learned helplessness:a scoping review
摘要
Abstract
Objective To review the existing assessment tools at home and abroad for learned helplessness(LH)in patients,and to provide reference for clinical practice and research.Methods According to scoping review methodology,a systematic search was con-ducted across eight Chinese and English databases for literature on assessment tools for LH in patients,with a retrieval time ranging from the inception of the database to July 14,2025.Results Seventeen articles were included,involving ten distinct assessment tools.Among these,eight focused on tool development,six on tool validation,and three on cross-cultural adaptation.Conclusion The existing assessment tools have certain limitations.Future efforts should focus on further the refinement and validation of existing tools,or alternatively,introduce or develop localized,comprehensive,and effective assessment tools for LH in patients based on theoretical frameworks.关键词
