Abstract
Objective To systematically retrieve and summarize evidence on early mobilization management for patients after spinal surgery,and to provide reference for developing effective early mobilization plans for this group of patients.Methods Formulating evidence-based problems on early mobilization management of patients after spinal surgery using the PIPOST model.Literature on early mobilization management of patients after spinal surgery were searched from both domestic and international sources based on the"6S"pyramid.Eligible literature was evaluated using appropriate quality assessment tools.Evidence from high-quality studies was extracted,synthesized,and refined to develop best practice recommendations.Results Eleven articles were included,comprising three guidelines,three systematic reviews,three evidence summaries,and two expert consensuses.These sources yielded 30 best practice recommendations categorized into 6 domains:pre-mobilization preparation,timing of mobilization,methods of mobilization,dynamic assessment,frequency and intensity of mobilization,and safety management.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence for early mobilization management of patients after spinal surgery.Clinical nursing staff may refer to existing evidence and develop safe and effective early mobilization plans considering the characteristics of individual patient,ultimately to promote accelerated recovery and improve nursing quality.关键词
