高温下不同品种葡萄离体果实着色变化特征的比较分析
Comparative analysis of coloration characteristics of different varieties of grape fruit in vitro under high temperature

Abstract
[Objectives]The purpose of this paper was to compare the coloring performance of many grape varieties in high temperature environment,and select the varieties with excellent heat resistance and good coloring performance.[Methods]'Kyoho''Summer Black''Jumeigui''Hutai8''Ruby Seedless' 'Wagamichi''Queen Nina'grapes were used as materials.The grape fruits were treated at high temperature(35 ℃),and the room temperature(25℃)was used as the control.The changes of fruit color were observed,and the fruit color index,total anthocyanin and total chlorophyll content of different grape varieties were compared.[Results]The fruit surface temperature of different varieties was different during the color conversion period.High temperature treatment could reduce the anthocyanin content of grape fruit,increase the relative proportion of chlorophyll,inhibit the expression of anthocyanin biosynthesis related genes,and then affect the fruit coloring to varying degrees.Among them,'Kyoho'was greatly affected by high temperature,and the fruit coloring of'Hutai 8'and'Wagamichi'was also affected by high temperature,while'Summer Black''Jumeigui'and'Ruby Seedless' grapes were relatively insensitive to temperature,and the fruit could still be slightly colored at high temperature,and'Queen Nina'grapes showed difficulty in fruit coloring even at room temperature.[Conclusions]High temperature had different degrees of inhibition on the coloration of different grape varieties,and the coloration of'Kyoho'was most affected by high temperature.关键词
