切花用传统秋菊瓶插特性的综合评价
A comprehensive evaluation of vase characteristics of traditional autumn chrysanthemums used for cutting flowers
摘要
Abstract
[Objectives]This article aimed to screen out varieties with better vase characteristics from 40 traditional autumn chrysanthemums,in order to explore the vase characteristics of traditional autumn chrysanthemums used for cutting flowers and establish a scientific evaluation system.[Methods]Forty traditional autumn chrysanthemums were used for cutting flowers as experimental materials,eight related traits such as flower branches,flower colors,and vase life were investigated,and the vase characteristics using analytic hierarchy process and cluster analysis comprehensively evaluated to screen excellent germplasm.[Results]The results showed significant differences in traits among different varieties of traditional autumn chrysanthemums tested,with coefficients of variation ranging from 4.8％to 40.1％.Among them,the intensity of the flower stalk had the most significant variation amplitude,the ratio of openness had the smallest variation coefficient,and the coefficients of variation of other indicators were all greater than 15.0％.The results of analytic hierarchy process showed that the leading weight indicators for the comprehensive evaluation of traditional autumn chrysanthemums used for cutting flowers were vase flower lifespan,optimal ornamental period,vase leaf lifespan,degree of color change in vase flowers,and inflorescence opening ratio.In contrast,the weight values for color value ratio,stem strength,and stem diameter were relatively small.The vase characteristics of 40 chrysanthemum varieties were divided into four levels:excellent,good,medium,and poor by cluster analysis.Six superior varieties were selected,including'Longdubaiyu''Longduchunfeng''Longduchunyu''Moling-178''Longduchunxiao'and'Moling-174'.These varieties had the advantages of long vase life of inflorescences and leaves,long optimal ornamental period,thick and hard flower stems,large ratio of inflorescence opening,and small changes in vase flower color.[Conclusions]The comprehensive evaluation system established by the application of analytic hierarchy process and cluster analysis could effectively evaluate and grade the traditional autumn chrysanthemum used for cutting flowers,and ultimately select 6 varieties with excellent grades and 11 varieties with good grades,which could be used for large-scale promotion.关键词
