与绚束丝菌属Laetisaria和韦特菌属Waitea相关的新属种和新组合
New genera,new species and new combination of Laetisaria and Waitea allied

Abstract
[Objectives]The paper aimed to confirm the taxonomic status of a filamentous fungus(strain number:Bulb-4)isolated from diseased scale of Lanzhou lily(Lilium davidii var.willmottiae).[Methods]Koch's rule was used to prove the pathogenicity of strain Bulb-4.Morphological and molecular biological methods were used to classify the strain.The cardinal temperatures of the strain were measured by plate method.The morphological characteristics of the strain cultured on PDA plate at 30 ℃ were observed.BLASTn analysis and phylogenetic tree were constructed based on rDNA-ITS and LSU sequences of the strains studied.[Results]Under test conditions,strain Bulb-4 was not pathogenic to the roots and scales of Lanzhou lily.Temperature gradient analysis showed that 30 ℃is optimal for mycelial growth and sclerotial formation of the strain Bulb-4,and 10℃ and below 40 ℃ are minimum and maximum temperature respectively.The strain Bulb-4 usually formed colorless to reddish-brown cordons and four different types of sclerotia(rhizomorphous sclerotia;tuberculiform or crustiformi sclerotia;flocculus-like sclerotia;linear or tuberous sclerotia)on the PDA plate incubated at 30 ℃;clamp connection,basidium or basidiospore was undiscovered.Through morphological comparison and molecular phylogenetic analysis with known relative species,such as genus Laetisaria and Waitea,the strain Bulb-4 was confirmed to be a new undescribed genus and species.A novel genus Fuscopurpurea(Fungal Name Registration No.:FN570971),and type species F.liliorum(Fungal Name Registration No.:FN570972;Type strain Bulb-4,GenBank Acc.No.ITS:OL981321;LSU:ON332725)was proposed.Phylogenetic analysis based on the rDNA-ITS and LSU sequences showed that the new species is clustered close but separate from W.arvalis,and is sister to Waitea spp.,distant from other Laetisaria species.In view of the significant differences in molecular biology and morphology between W.arvalis and the type species of the genus Waitea and other species within the genus,a new genus Boosalis(Fungal Name Registration No.:FN571001)was introduced to accommodate W.arvalis as a new combination B.arvalis(Fungal Name Registration No.:FN571002,Basionym:L.arvalis).[Conclusions]Two novel genera,Fuscopurpurea and Boosalis,a new species F.liliorum and a new combination B.arvalis were established,based on morphological comparison and molecular phylogenetic analysis with known species.关键词
