摘要

Abstract

Para-quinols compounds possess a unique conjugated diene-ketone framework and multiple reactive sites,exhibiting distinctive reactivity in organic synthesis,making them a focal point of research in recent years.Researchers have primarily focused on various functional groups,such as carbonyls,carbon-carbon double bonds,and hydroxyls,developing strategies based on 1,4-conjugate addition and cascade cyclization involving quinone alcohols.Currently,these compounds have been applied in the synthesis of polycyclic structures and complex molecules with biological activity.This paper summarizes the research progress on reactions involving quinone alcohol compounds based on the aforementioned strategies in recent years,and analyzes and prospects the limitations present in these reactions and the developmental outlook for such reactions.
