Recent Advances in the Study of Isocyanide Dimerization Reaction
摘要
Abstract
Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds possess extensive application value in fields such as medicinal chemistry,synthetic chemistry,and materials science,and effective synthesis strategies for nitrogen-containing heterocycles have been a widely researched topic.The isocyanide dimerization reaction has gradually developed into an important method for synthesizing nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds,and recent research results have highlighted its significant development potential.This paper summarizes the recent advances in the study of the isocyanide dimerization reaction for the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocy-cles,mainly introducing the"head-to-head"dimerization and polymerization reactions of isocyanides,cycliza-tion reactions involving α-acidic isocyanides,and visible light-mediated isocyanide dimerization reactions,while also providing an outlook on the future development of this field.关键词
