水溶肥配施酸化制剂对"赤霞珠"酿酒葡萄光合特性及品质的影响
Effects of Water-Soluble Fertilizer Combined with Acidification Preparation on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Quality of Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Grape

Abstract
The effects of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer combined with different amounts of acidifiers on the photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality of grapes were systematically investigated.The results showed that with the gradual increase of the application amount of acidifying agents,the improvement effect of T2(11:4)treatment was the best.Compared with CK,it significantly improved the appearance quality of fruits(13.45%-42.61%),endogenous quality(18.94%-38.27%),and photosynthetic characteristics(56.12%-240%).Correlation analysis indicated that with the increase of acidifying agent dosage,the photosynthetic characteristics of grapevines were enhanced,and at the same time,the correlation between mediating and fruit quality was positively and significantly correlated.Therefore,the appropriate dosage of water-soluble fertilizers and acidifiers can be an effective means to maintain soil health,improve the photosynthetic performance of crops and enhance crop quality.关键词
