宁夏预制菜产业发展现状及对策分析
An Analysis of Current Situation and Countermeasures of Pre-Prepared Food Industry in Ningxia

Abstract
The current situation of the development of the ready-to-eat food industry in Ningxia are analyzed and discussed,including the new definition of ready-to-eat food,the development trends,origins and regions of the ready-to-eat food industry worldwide,as well as the growth status of the ready-to-eat food industry in Ningxia.Aiming at the existing problems faced by the ready-to-eat food industry within the Ningxia region.In response to the problems existing in the development of the ready-to-eat food industry in Ningxia,some targeted high-quality development strategy suggestions are put forward from multiple aspects such as how to expand the industrial scale,improve product quality,promote technological innovation,build corresponding platforms,strengthen talent cultivation and advance standardization work,aiming to lay a reference foundation for the sustained,healthy and rapid development of the ready-to-eat food industry in Ningxia.关键词
