乡村振兴背景下农业工程发展战略调整
Strategic adjustment of agricultural engineering development in context of rural revitalization
摘要
Abstract
Development stages of agriculture and rural areas,and agricultural engineering was analyzed.In light of significant needs of rural revitalization,it was proposed that China's agricultural engineering should be adjusted towards more modern and comprehensive ag-ricultural and rural engineering with richer connotations.Modernization of agriculture in China has not yet been fully achieved,and tra-ditional agricultural engineering technology will continue to play an important role.At the same time,social demand for rural revitaliza-tion and equal emphasis on development of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers requires that one of the key service areas of agricultural engineering was construction of modernized rural areas,and agricultural and rural engineering will have great potential.By comparing development patterns of agricultural engineering worldwide with China's current development stage,and taking into account essence of rural revitalization,policy context,and social demand dynamics,a practical necessity for strategic adjustment of agricultural engineer-ing in China toward agricultural and rural engineering have been demonstrateded.Connotation of agricultural and rural engineering is to emphasize development of farmers and rural areas on basis of valuing agricultural development,and to strengthen support at originally weak rural service level.According to strategic needs of agricultural and rural development in China,development focus of agricultural engineering 3.0 is as follows:firstly,agricultural production is primary task,and it is necessary to focus on developing agricultural ma-chinery informatization,modern facility agriculture,high standard farmland construction,etc.,to ensure food security and supply of important agricultural products.Secondly,rural construction is an important task,and it is necessary to focus on developing ecological agriculture projects,rural construction projects,etc.,to improve quality of rural environment,and promote equal development of in-frastructure construction between urban and rural areas.Thirdly,prosperity of farmers is an important goal,and it is necessary to focus on developing agricultural product processing projects,promoting agricultural industry and economic development,and increasing farm-ers'income.关键词
