Lay the Foundation of Farmland Property Right System for the Development of New Quality Agricultural Productivity

Abstract
Land is a crucial means of production in agriculture.It is of great significance for reali-zing agricultural modernization to establish farmland property right system compatible with the develop-ment of new quality agricultural productivity.This paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework based on the principle of the interaction between productivity and production relations.It systematically examines actual agricultural productivity from the perspective of the three elements of productivity.Addi-tionally,it analyzes the impact of current system of farmland property right on the three elements of agri-cultural productivity.Furthermore,it explores how to deepen the reform of farmland property right system to promote the development of new quality agricultural productivity.The main conclusion is that there exists a certain gap between current agricultural productivity and the requirements of new quality agricultural productivity,which is related to unclear ownership,insufficient clarity of property rights,and limited transactions of current farmland property right system.According to the requirements of"Tripar-tite entitlement system",based on the various stages of development of new quality productivity,it is im-perative to further clarify the ownership of farmland property right,elaborate on the specifics of farmland property right,enhance the tradability of farmland property right,and deepen the reform of farmland property right system.关键词
