中国新型农村集体经济发展水平、区域差异及分布动态演进
Development Level,Regional Disparities,and Dynamic Evolution of New Rural Collective Economies in China

Abstract
Accurate description of the current development status of new rural collective economies is of great significance for understanding the effectiveness of rural collective property rights reform,strengthening rural collective economies,and promoting coordinated regional development.Based on the analysis of connotation and development logic,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of new rural collective econorny and comprehensively employs methods such as CRITIC-entropy weight method,Dagum Gini coefficient,kernel density estimation,spatial autocorrelation,and Markov chain.Using panel data from 30 provinces from 2015 to 2023,the paper systematically examines the de-velopment level,regional differences,and dynamic evolution of new rural collective econorny.The re-search findings are as follows:Firstly,based on the measurement results,the development level of most provinces is still relatively low but improving rapidly,with significant achievements in the construction of institutional rules.However,regional disparities in income distribution persist.Secondly,based on the results of regional differences,the absolute differences at national level and in the eastern,central,and western regions have significantly narrowed,but structural differentiation among regions remains the main source of overall differences.Thirdly,based on the results of dynamic distribution evolution,most provinces exhibit a"low-low"agglomeration feature.High-level regions maintain relative stability o-verall and steadily evolve through endogenous synergy.However,low-level(mid-to-low-level)regions,although gradually improving,are easily constrained by"low-level circulation"and urgently need external impetus to achieve breakthroughs.Based on these findings,this paper suggests that the core of deepening system reform should be to enhance operational efficiency,improve regional classifica-tion policies and income distribution mechanisms,strengthen spatial linkage and precise institutional supply,and promote the high-quality development of new rural collective economy and balanced regional improvement in a coordinated manner.关键词
