扭角对风力机叶片表面覆冰特性的影响
Effect of twist angle on surface icing characteristics of wind turbine blades

Abstract
When wind turbines operate in cold regions,the blades are prone to icing,and the geomet-ric parameters of the blades can cause changes in their ice accretion characteristics.In order to better understand the effect of twist angle on the icing characteristics of wind turbine blades,using computa-tional fluid dynamics method,two types of blades with and without twist angles were taken as the re-search objects to investigate the water droplet collection efficiency and ice accretion mass under icing conditions.The results show that under different icing parameters,the impact range of supercooled wa-ter droplets at each cross-section of the two types of blades are different.Blades with twist angles have higher overall water droplet collection efficiency and consequently higher ice accretion mass on the blade surface than that of without a twist angle.As the temperature decreases,the distribution of water droplet impacts on the two types of blades at each cross-section is the same,but the water droplet col-lection efficiency of the blades with twist angles is generally higher than those without twist angles.Un-der different temperatures,wind speeds,and water droplet diameters,the growth trends of ice accretion mass growth rate for the two types of blades is similar.However,under different liquid water contents,the rate of ice accretion mass growth for blades with twist angles is higher than those without a twist angles.关键词
