Abstract

In this paper,in-depth analysis and research are carried out on the force and response of a spatial curved pipe under fluid-solid coupled vibration.Fluid-solid coupling interaction is reflected in both fluid mechanics and structural mechanics:fluid flowing in a pipe will produce pressure fluctuations,which spread to the entire pipe system and cause vibration of the pipe wall;at the same time,the vibration of the pipe wall will cause pressure fluctuations within the fluid,forming a closed-loop fluid-solid coupled vibration system.For a spatial curved pipe,its force situation is more complex.Due to the existence of curved pipes,fluid will undergo a forced direction change when flowing through the elbow,which will cause changes in fluid speed and pressure,resulting in a strong coupling effect.This coupling effect not only affects the motion state of the fluid,but also has a"straightening"effect on the curved pipe and changes its stress state.In this paper,a section of spatial curved pipe is selected,and based on ANSYS Workbench platform,the force analysis is carried out using the bidirectional fluid-solid coupling method to study the vibration response characteristics of the pipe.
