地堑区域孤岛掘进工作面爆破断顶技术及效果检验研究

Abstract
In view of the rock burst problem faced by Gaozhuang Coal Industry No.113 and No.05 working face,based on the graben structure and the special geological conditions of the isolated island working face,a technical plan for roof pre-splitting blasting to prevent and control rock burst is proposed.By analyzing the blasting mechanism of goaf,graben structure and hard roof,and based on the theory of the joint action of stress wave and high-pressure gas,a blasting plan was designed,and technical parameters such as hole depth,hole diameter,charge charge and hole sealing length were optimized.The application results show that after blasting,the amount of drill cuttings is significantly reduced,and the frequency and energy of microearthquakes are reduced by about 30%and 40%,which effectively reduces stress concentration in the working face area and improves the stability of the goaf.The innovation of the research lies in optimizing blasting parameters and improving the efficiency and safety of rock burst prevention and control.关键词
