台湾甲腹茧蜂及其寄主斜纹夜蛾对不同颜色的选择趋性研究
Color Preference and Selective Behavior of Chelonus formosanus and Its Host Spodoptera litura

Abstract
Spodoptera litura Fabricius is the dominant host for breeding of Chelonus formosanus Sonan.To obtain more egg masses of S.litura for large-scale propagation of C.formosanus and enhance the field biocontrol efficiency,we investigated the color preference and oviposition behavior of both species toward six colored papers.Results showed that the preference of S.litura for different colors was blue>green>white>red>black>yellow,and the selection rate of blue cardboard was the highest,with a selection rate of 22.93%.However,there was no significant difference in either egg deposition quantity or oviposition preference across colors.The preference of C.formosanus for different colors was green>white>yellow>blue>red>black,and the attraction rate of green cardboard was the highest,at 28.00%.Oviposition by C.formosanus on the blue,green,white,and yellow was significantly higher than that on the red and black colors.These results provide a theoretical reference for opti-mizing mass rearing systems for C.formosanus and its host S.litura through color-based trapping strategies.关键词
