摘要

Abstract

In order to enable nylon 56 to have broader applications in the textile industry,the physical and chemi-cal properties of nylon 56,nylon 6 and nylon 66 fibers were studied respectively.Their appearance morphology,mechani-cal properties,moisture absorption and rebound,heat resistance,acid and alkali resistance,and oxidant(hydrogen perox-ide)resistance were compared.The results show that the equilibrium moisture regain rate of nylon 56 is approximately 5.21%.Nylon 56 is not resistant to strong acids such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid,but has good resistance to ace-tic acid.When processing nylon 56 in a dry heat state,the temperature should not exceed 200℃as much as possible.Ny-lon 56 has good resistance to oxidants(hydrogen peroxide)and suffers less damage in hydrogen peroxide.
