Abstract
Addressing the common pain points faced by the printing and dyeing industry,such as complex dyeing processes,low first-time dyeing success rate,low sample making efficiency,and difficulties in color management,a solu-tion using the AIDyeing cloud platform has been proposed and verified.This platform deeply integrates big data and intelli-gent algorithms,integrating functional modules such as intelligent color matching,intelligent sample making,intelligent pro-duction,process optimization,process color monitoring and early warning,and intelligent color library.It has built a full-process digital control system from precise formula calculation to real-time optimization of the production process.Applica-tion results show that the AIDyeing cloud platform can significantly improve the first-time success rate of dyeing,signifi-cantly shorten the production cycle,effectively reduce rework costs and raw material consumption,and achieve standard-ized management and precise traceability of dyeing and finishing colors.It provides technical support for the digital trans-formation of the printing and dyeing industry.关键词
