Abstract
Medical fabrics washing management is an important part of the logistics support of medical institutions.In order to solve the problems of washing quality and timeliness management of medical fabrics,Y Hospital is selected as a case to analyze the problems of equipment efficiency,human resources,quality control and cost in the current washing management.Through the introduction of new washing equipment and intelligent management system,the establishment of quality standard system and timeliness assessment mechanism,the optimisation of process flow and manpower allocation,the comprehensive improvement of quality,efficiency and effectiveness is achieved,which provides practical reference for the modernisation of medical fabric washing management.关键词
