Abstract
Spunlace nonwoven materials are widely used in many industries such as disposable hygiene products,personal care,medical field and household cleaning due to their excellent breathability,softness and comfort.However,the problem of antimicrobial agent shedding during the finishing process of spunlace nonwoven materials has become a key factor affecting their long-term effects.The reasons for the easy detachment of antimicrobial agents in spunlace nonwoven materials is analyzed,the effects of factors such as water washing,heat treatment and mechanical force on the adhesion strength of antimicrobial agents are discussed,and countermeasures of optimizing the adhesion process are proposed.The study shows that the selection of suitable antimicrobial agents,the optimization of the fixation method and the finishing process can help to improve the stability of antimicrobial agents and reduce their shedding phenomenon.With the application of nanotechnology and photocatalytic curing methods,the functionality of antimicrobial spunlace nonwoven materials will be further enhanced in the future to meet wider market demands.关键词
