非小细胞肺癌胸腔镜右肺中叶与左肺上叶舌段切除术后早期结局比较
Comparison of Early Postoperative Outcomes between Thoracoscopic Right Middle Lobectomy versus Left Upper Lingular Segmentectomy in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the short-term perioperative outcomes between thoracoscopic right middle lobectomy(RML)and left upper lingular segmentectomy(LULS)for non-small cell lung cancer,incorporating both traditional clinical parameters and patient-reported outcomes(PROs).Methods:Data for this study were derived from a sin-gle-center retrospective cohort of lung cancer(No.CN-PRO-Lung 3).Demographic,clinical and follow-up data of the en-rolled patients were collected to analyze the traditional clinical outcomes(duration of surgery,complications,etc.)and pa-tient-reported outcomes(symptoms,function)within 4 weeks after surgery.Results:A total of 1,273 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Sichuan Cancer Hospital from April 2021 to May 2024 were included.According to strict exclusion criteria,a total of 80 patients were screened and assigned to the RML group(n=50)and LULS group(n=30).Most demographic profiles were comparable between RML group and LULS group,except that patients in the RML group were older[56.50(49.00,65.50)years vs 51.50(37.25,59.00)years,P=0.038].No significant differences were observed in operative duration[75(60.00,106.25)min vs 100(70.00,131.25)min,P=0.097]or 30-day complication rates(16.00％vs 13.33％,P=1.000).RML demonstrated higher lymph node dissection rates(42.00％vs 16.67％,P=0.019).As for longitudinal PROs,results showed decreasing symptoms in both groups over time,with no differences in symptom scores within 4 weeks after discharge.Conclusions:There may be similar traditional clinical outcomes and PROs within 4 weeks after the RML and LULS.关键词
