摘要
Abstract
Angiogenesis,one of the main features in tumor disease progression,is an important pathway for tumor cells to ingest nutrients and remove metabolic wastes during rapid growth.VEGF family-related signaling pathways and Ang family-related signaling pathways play important roles in tumor angiogenesis.Since the discovery of angiogenic factors,anti-angio-genic therapeutic strategies have been a hot research area in anti-tumor therapy.Immunotherapy,as a newly emerging clini-cal treatment for tumors,has the advantages of significant efficacy,fewer side effects and prolonged patient survival.Howev-er,most cancer patients are not able to benefit from immunotherapy at present.Combining anti-angiogenic therapy and im-munotherapy can improve the effectiveness of immunotherapy and reduce the risk of immune-related adverse effects.In this paper,we will focus on the effects of VEGF-A and Ang2 on tumor angiogenesis as well as tumor immune cells,and summa-rize the data from the literature on the combination of anti-angiogenesis and immunotherapy against tumors in recent years in order to help future research.关键词
