益气理气化痰法标本兼治肺结节的临床经验探析
Qi supplementation-regulation and phlegm elimination therapy for pulmonary nodules:Clinical efficacy analysis integrating root-cause and symptomatic management approaches

Abstract
In recent years,with the advancement of imaging technology,the detection rate of pulmonary nodules has increased,and the risk of malignancy and the trend of younger patients have drawn attention.In response to the limited intervention methods for low-risk nodules in Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has demonstrated unique advantages.Based on Professor Li Liuning's theory of"fundamental deficiency and superficial excess",this article innovatively proposes the core pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules as"fundamental deficiency of lung and spleen Qi and superficial excess of Qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation",and constructs a diagnosis and treatment system that addresses both the root and the symptoms,namely"tonifying Qi,regulating Qi,and resolving phlegm".It holds that the lung-spleen Qi deficiency deficiency is the internal basis for the formation of nodules,and external pathogenic factors and emotional injuries induce Qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation,which interact and coalesce to cause the disease.The treatment focuses on the method of"cultivating earth to generate metal"to strengthen the root and build up the body,supplemented by regulating Qi and resolving phlegm,dispersing nodules and unblocking meridians to eliminate pathogenic factors,and flexibly combined with methods such as soothing the liver and relieving depression or clearing heat and eliminating dampness.Typical case has showed that after intervention with TCM,the nodules of patients significantly shrink or even disappear,and symptoms are significantly improved,verifying the clinical effectiveness of this therapy.This article not only confirms that TCM can reduce the risk of nodule malignancy but also can regulate the constitution and relieve anxiety,providing new ideas for the non-surgical management of pulmonary nodules.In the future,it is necessary to deepen the mechanism research and promote the standardization of TCM prescriptions to expand the combined prevention and treatment path of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.关键词
