Treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with mental disorders based on the theory of"five zang-organs spirit"in Huangdi Neijing
摘要
Abstract
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a common functional disorder syndrom associated with psychological factors,often accompanied by anxiety,depression,sleep disorders,somatization symptoms and other mental and psychological abnormalities.Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the concept of the unity of body and spirit,and the theory of"zang-organs spirit"plays an important guiding role in regulating zang-fu function and mental psychology.This review explores the correlation and pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome with mental and psychological abnormalities and the"zang-organs spirit"from the perspective of"zang-organs spirit",proposes a treatment idea of combining Qi regulation and mental regulation by locating the diseased visceral spirits according to the clinical characteristics,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
