从"气化失司,郁浊损脉"探讨代谢性脑血管病病机
Exploration of Pathogenesis of Metabolic Cerebrovascular Diseases from Perspective of"Dysfunction of Qi Transformation and Vessel Damage Caused by Stagnant Turbidity"
摘要
Abstract
Metabolic cerebrovascular diseases involve the six meridians.The root cause lies in the dysfunction of qi transformation of zang-fu organs,the disorder of qi movement in spleen and stomach,the abnormality of nutrient and defense qi,and the stagnation of turbid substances,which damage vessels and brain.Vascular damage caused by metabolic disorders and accumulation of metabolic products is the basic pathological mechanism of metabolic cerebrovascular diseases.Pathogenic factors such as improper health-care affect the six meridians,damage zang-fu organs,meridians,nutrient and defense,qi and blood,interfere with qi transformation and qi movement,lead to disharmony between clear and turbid qi,internal stagnation of turbid qi,stagnation of qi and turbidity,and ultimately damage the blood vessels.This is the pathogenesis of metabolic cerebrovascular diseases in traditional Chinese medicine."Dysfunction of qi transformation and vessel damage caused by stagnant turbidity"is the core of pathogenesis.The disease is mainly due to the damage of spleen and stomach,resulting in the dysfunction of transportation and transformation,abnormal ascent and descent,and the internal generation of six types of stagnation(qi,phlegm,stasis,dampness,food,and fire).The stagnation of qi and turbidity gradually damage blood vessels and finally lead to stroke.Based on this,it is proposed that"regulating qi to relieve stagnation and expelling turbidity to protect vessels"should be the guiding principle for intervening in metabolic cerebrovascular diseases.We should focus on the whole body,coordinate qi transformation of zang-fu organs,regulate qi movement of spleen and stomach,harmonize nutrient and defense qi,regulate qi and expel turbidity,and protect blood and vessels to prevent stroke.关键词
