扶正配伍法减轻雷公藤肝毒性探讨
Discussion on Method of Strengthening Healthy Qi in Compatibility to Reduce Hepatotoxicity of Leigongteng(Tripterygii Wilfordii Radix et Rhizoma)

Abstract
The hepatotoxicity of Leigongteng(Tripterygii Wilfordii Radix et Rhizoma)is one of the current research hotspots,and the method of strengthening healthy qi in compatibility is an important way to reduce the toxicity of compound herbal formulas.The hepatotoxicity of Leigongteng impairs the transportation and transformation of spleen and stomach,consumes qi and blood,and affects the functions of liver and kidney.Therefore,when using the compatibility method of strengthening healthy qi to reduce toxicity,the first step is to protect spleen and stomach,commonly using Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),etc.Huangqi(Astragali Radix),etc.should be used to replenish qi and nourish blood.Shengdihuang(Rehmannia Radix),etc.should be used to tonify liver and kidney.Multiple strategies can also be combined,and various drugs work synergistically to strengthen healthy qi and counteract the toxicity.Based on the basic experimental studies of the main drugs for strengthening healthy qi in compatibility with Leigongteng in recent years,the mechanism of strengthening healthy qi in compati-bility to reduce the hepatotoxicity of Leigongteng was verified,aiming to provide ideas and references for the compatibility and toxicity reduction of toxic Chinese medicinals such as Leigongteng.关键词
