明清新安医家论治鼻渊学术特色探析
Analysis of Academic Characteristics of Xin'an Physicians in Ming and Qing Dynasties in Treatment of Nasal Sinusitis

Abstract
Before the Ming Dynasty,the pathogenesis of nasal sinusitis mostly followed the theory of gallbladder heat in Simple Conversation.Xin'an physicians during the Ming and Qing Dynasties elaborated in detail on the source of gallbladder heat and the way it transfers heat to the brain.At the same time,Xin'an physicians broke through the previous view limited to gallbladder heat and recognized that various heat pathogen,deficiency of spleen,stomach and kidneys,as well as seasonal changes could all lead to the occurrence of nasal sinusitis.There were also significant innovations in the theory,methods,formulas and drugs.In clinical treatment,they attached great importance to the application of relieving stuffy orifice,such as expelling pathogenic factors to relieve stuffy orifices,clearing heat to relieve stuffy orifices,and invigorating qi to relieve stuffy orifices,etc.According to the etiology and pathogenesis,they flexibly modified classic formulas and created new formulas for treatment.They recorded a variety of external treatment methods and made relevant instructions on the prognosis and nursing.They emphasized the prin-ciple of strengthening healthy qi in the treatment of nasal sinusitis,which supplemented and improved the clinical treatment of nasal sinusitis.关键词
